Prices
At Parts Denmark ApS, all prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
Payment
Parts Denmark ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been dispatched. All amounts are stated in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold-out or discontinued items.
Delivery
Parts Denmark ApS aims to dispatch orders placed before 2:00 PM on the same day; orders placed thereafter will be dispatched on the next business day.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping prices start from DKK 39. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order.
Your items are shipped via GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the selected pickup point, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest pickup location, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on weekdays. Your order will be delivered within 2–7 business days after ordering.
Certain products may be subject to special delivery conditions. These conditions will be stated clearly prior to purchase.
Right of Complaint (Warranty)
A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The right of complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse of the product/service. You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Parts Denmark ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds
In the event of a refund, please provide your bank details (registration number and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details may be provided safely via email or other electronic means, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to a full 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased from our webshop.
The withdrawal period starts from the day:

You receive the order.

You receive the last item in physical possession, if the order consists of multiple items delivered separately.

You receive the final batch or part, if the order consists of multiple deliveries.

You receive the first item, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a defined period.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, and the goods must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us. Notification must be sent by email to adm@partsdenmark.com, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You may not withdraw simply by refusing delivery of the item without clearly notifying us of your decision.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.

Goods with broken seals.

Non-financial services that have been fully performed with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases upon completion.

Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.

Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements.

Agreements concluded at public auctions.

Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it is properly packaged. A copy of the order confirmation must be enclosed.
Processing will be faster if you also complete and include our withdrawal form.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of return. To receive a full refund, the item must not be put into actual use.
Repayment
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid to us. Any depreciation for which you are liable will be deducted from the refund amount.
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you have provided documentation proving that the goods have been returned.
