The All Balls U-joint Kit is meticulously crafted to deliver exceptional durability and performance. The precision ground journals are then case hardened to an impressive HRC58-61, providing an extremely hard wear surface while maintaining a tough, ductile core to resist shock and fatigue. This rigorous construction ensures your U-joint can withstand the stresses of aggressive riding and challenging terrains.
For optimal longevity and reduced maintenance, these U-joints come pre-greased with a high-temperature Lithium Complex 3 grease. Thoughtful design includes a zerk fitting and integrated grease channels within the bearing cup, ensuring lubricant is evenly distributed to all critical components. This kit also features a convenient cap plug, allowing you to eliminate the grease zerk for applications requiring low clearance. Specifically for Honda yoke assemblies, this kit offers a significant upgrade, increasing cross diameters from 17 mm to 19 mm, enhancing strength and reducing deflection. It further boasts stainless steel clamps and high-quality neoprene rubber boots, providing superior abrasion resistance and long-lasting protection against contaminants, crucial for maintaining peak performance.
