It features a robust 76.2 mm (3") wide belt and an 8 mm pitch, engineered for optimal power delivery. The comprehensive system includes a front pulley, a durable belt, clutch hub, clutch basket, and a high-performance aramid clutch set comprising two half plates, four full plates, and five steel drive plates. For unyielding strength, a 6061-T6 billet motor plate is integrated, alongside an outside guard and a polished pulley cover for a clean finish. The rear pulley is meticulously designed with a 40 mm double-row bearing and an inner stress-proof steel clutch hub, providing exceptional support and longevity for the clutch mechanism. The innovative lockup clutch design is a key highlight, applying extra pressure to the clutch plates to guarantee positive engagement and completely eliminate clutch slippage, even under demanding conditions.
