Description
This heavy-duty axle features a dual plunge design that effectively prevents binding, ensuring smooth and consistent power delivery. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing a substantial increase in strength and longevity. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is precision CNC machined for optimal fit and performance. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer excellent protection and lubrication. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, the Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is the ultimate solution for serious off-road enthusiasts.
