The DP Brakes DPK Clutch Kit is designed for riders who demand the best. This kit includes friction plates, steel drive plates, and clutch springs (unless the OEM clutch uses a reusable diaphragm spring). The exclusive high-heat friction materials ensure fade-free performance, even under the most demanding conditions. Engineered specifically for off-road and dual-sport bikes, the friction compounds offer superior durability and performance. The steel drive plates resist expansion, fading, and clutch swell, unlike stock aluminum plates. With up to 300% more life than stock plates, this clutch kit provides lasting reliability. The increased weight of the steel plates enhances the flywheel effect, aiding in starting and improving traction. The clutch springs are precision-wound from the finest chrome silicone wire, heat-treated, and shot-peened for maximum life and improved clutch feel. Pre-soaking the plates in oil is unnecessary, making it race-ready right out of the box.
