Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, providing exceptional strength and lightweight design. Its carefully engineered profile optimizes flow characteristics, enhancing engine performance. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and offers superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for increased durability and reduced friction.
