A specialized German infusion process penetrates to a depth of 0.002", with a surface buildup of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench analysis to ensure peak performance.
