Black hard anodized finish. With remote reservoir. 7 levels of hand adjustable compression & rebound dampening. No tools needed. Light to heavy riders with an either aggressive to casual riding style can fine-tune both compression & rebound dampening to to personal preference or just adjust for a changing load (passenger), with the turn of a knob. Legend’s touring-specific coil spring rates provide superior ride comfort, improved performance, and increased resistance to bottoming for all-day comfort. - 7-position compression & rebound dampening, adjustable by hand - 35 mm monotube construction - Deflective disc valve stacks - Balanced/Matched piston and base-valve design specific for motorcycle applications - Low friction sealing system and sliding bearings for improved performance and feel - Nitrogen gas bladder design allows ultra-fast response and stiction-free movement - Easy installation and alignment, provided by spherical bearings on both top and bottom mounting points - Remote reservoirs are installed in stock place behind bags. Note: Standard duty is recommended for a rider/passenger/gear total weight below 500lbs. (227kg). Heavy Duty application is recommended for over 500lb. (227kg) rider and passenger total weight.
