Der LV One Evo ist mit einer AISI 304 Edelstahlhülle gefertigt und bietet außergewöhnliche Haltbarkeit und Korrosionsbeständigkeit. Die Vollcarbon-Endkappe verleiht einen Hauch von aggressivem Stil, während die hochtemperaturbeständige Dämmwolle eine lange Lebensdauer gewährleistet und Temperaturen von bis zu 900 °C (1.650 °F) standhält.
