This innovative design provides ample space, allowing the entire wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through effortlessly, eliminating any risk of chafing. Utilizing a unique flaring process, the burr-free internal radius creates additional clearance within the handlebar's peak. Magnum Shielding preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving to further simplify wiring installations. Just insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull it through. Manufactured with the highest quality construction, including smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts, burr-free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, and high-luster finishes, this 1-1/4" diameter handlebar delivers unmatched performance and an outstanding appearance. Important to know

This handlebar is not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models. Viking handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
