The Magnum Shielding 1-1/4" Viking Handlebar Kit is designed for riders seeking a superior handlebar solution. This kit includes Magnum Viking 1-1/4" handlebars, known for their aggressive look and high-quality construction. The patented internal design simplifies wiring harness installation, maintaining a clean aesthetic. The bars feature a novel design that provides ample room for the complete wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering and terminal connections, eliminating chafing. A unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, offering extra clearance within the handlebar's peak. Each handlebar is CNC mandrel bent for precise fitment and incorporates engineered wrist angles for optimal riding comfort. With 1" diameter center sections, 3-1/2" on-center knurling, and machined control mounts, these handlebars are compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches. The kit includes throttle and idle cables (or Throttle-By-Wire extensions), clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and necessary switch or turn signal extensions. All cables feature a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications.

Important to know

Cable and line lengths are based on 2" risers, except for touring models. Viking Bagger and Ape Hanger handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers; models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
