Description

The Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar Kit features a patented internal design that simplifies wiring harness installation without compromising the sleek aesthetics of the handlebars. The innovative design provides ample space for the complete wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, ensuring they pass through smoothly without chafing. The unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius and additional clearance within the handlebar's peak, further simplifying wiring. These 1-1/4" diameter handlebars are CNC mandrel bent for a precise fit and incorporate optimized wrist angles for superior riding comfort. With a 1" diameter center section and 3-1/2" on-center knurling, these handlebars are compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches.

Important to know

Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version. Cable and line lengths are based on 2" risers, except for touring models.
