Description

The Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar Kit offers a patented internal design that simplifies the installation of complete wiring harnesses. This innovative design provides ample room for the wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through effortlessly, preventing chafing. The unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius with additional clearance within the handlebar's peak. Pre-loaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, the kit further streamlines the wiring process: simply insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull it through. These 1-1/4" diameter handlebars are CNC mandrel bent for precise fitment, incorporating engineered wrist angles for enhanced riding comfort. They feature 1" diameter center sections, 3-1/2" on-center knurling, and machined control mounts.

Important to know

This kit is designed for motorcycles originally equipped with 1" risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version. Cable and line lengths are based on 2" risers, except for touring models.
