Important to know
Always use grease on the pinch bolt to achieve an accurate torque reading during installation. Avoid using thread lock, as it will void the manufacturer's warranty. After the first fifteen minutes of riding, check the tightness of the pinch bolt. Regularly re-check the torque to prevent the shift lever from loosening due to motorcycle vibrations.
