The Motion Pro Rev3 Variable Rate Throttle Kit provides unparalleled customization for your motorcycle's throttle. Its slim REV3™ throttle housing maximizes lever clearance and adjustability. The innovative reel changing system allows you to tailor the throttle rate to your exact preferences, ensuring optimal performance in any riding scenario. With five different reels included, you can select the ideal throttle response: smaller reels for a slower, more controlled feel, and larger reels for quicker acceleration. The kit also includes a cam reel for riders who prefer progressive throttle action. The improved throttle stop enhances durability, while the snap-together elbows simplify reel changes. Constructed with billet aluminum inline cable adjusters, installation and adjustment are a breeze. The cables feature a 6 mm upper section housing for solid adjuster support and a 5 mm lower section housing with a PTFE liner, reducing friction and increasing flexibility. Compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl™ V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips, this patented Rev3 kit elevates your riding experience. It fits 22 mm (7/8") handlebars.

Important to know

While Rev3 Kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, the Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. In some installations, it may be necessary to move other control components on the stock handlebar, shorten the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, install longer after market handlebars, or possibly all of the above. It is up to the end user to determine the best method for fitment on their motorcycle, and ensure that the Rev3 kit is installed properly and with the correct clearances for safe operation. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Warning: Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
