The Rev3 features a slim throttle housing, creating more room for lever clearance and easier adjustment. The innovative reel changing system lets you quickly adapt the throttle rate to your specific needs. Choose from five different reels to achieve the perfect throttle response—smaller reels deliver a slower throttle rate, while larger reels offer a faster response. The included cam reel provides a progressive throttle response for riders who prefer a more nuanced feel. The improved throttle stop enhances strength and durability, and the snap-together elbows simplify reel changes and installation. This kit is compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl™ V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips. Billet aluminum inline cable adjusters facilitate easy installation and adjustment. The cable boot keeps dirt and dust out, ensuring smooth, reliable operation. The upper section of the cables uses 6 mm housing for robust support of the adjusters, while the lower section features 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner to minimize friction, increase routing flexibility, and reduce weight. Important to know

Rev3 kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, but the Rev3 throttle itself is not model-specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt-on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. In some installations, it may be necessary to move other control components on the stock handlebar, shorten the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, install longer aftermarket handlebars, or possibly all of the above. It is up to the end user to determine the best method for fitment on their motorcycle and ensure that the Rev3 kit is installed properly and with the correct clearances for safe operation. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
