The other one, called the On Board Power Port acts like a cigarette lighter port in your automobile. Works great for IPhone chargers, cell phone chargers or GPS power cords. Either the "Y" harness or On-Board Power Port install easily under the seat of 1994-2013 Touring model, including FLHR, FLT, FLTR, FLHT, FLHX & Trike Models.
