The RadiusCX 4.0 features an updated EXP assembly, constructed with a base material that offers enhanced strength in high-temperature environments, crucial for managing the heat generated by modern clutch systems. The internal wall bases have been redesigned to provide increased strength and rigidity, translating to a more direct and connected lever feel for the rider. Friction pads on the exterior of the EXP disk now mirror the proprietary friction design found on Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates, optimizing oil flow characteristics throughout the clutch pack and promoting improved cooling and consistent performance. The EXP 4.0 wedges have been upgraded to incorporate rolling contact with built-in pins, reducing friction and resistance compared to traditional sliding designs.
