Description

The Twinring™ sprocket features a unique two-piece design. The inner ring is manufactured from Renthal's high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, minimizing weight and maximizing power transfer. The outer ring is constructed from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing exceptional resistance to wear and tear. The outer ring is thermally fitted to the inner ring at 200°C, creating a permanent and robust bond that withstands the rigors of off-road and on-road riding. Flat socket head screws further enhance the sprocket's strength, protecting it from side impacts and eliminating chain guide interference. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt buildup, reducing chainwheel wear and maintaining optimal performance. This advanced design ensures the Renthal Twinring™ sprocket lasts up to three times longer than a standard aluminum sprocket while remaining significantly lighter than a full steel sprocket.
