The S&S Cycle Flywheel Assembly is engineered for superior performance and durability. The pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the flywheel, eliminating weak points. CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die, steel forgings, these flywheels boast 114% greater strength than late-style stock steel flywheels. The assembly is fully assembled with premium quality S&S heavy-duty 7.667" connecting rods, featuring full-width wrist pin ends and dynamic balancing. Each assembly is meticulously trued to less than 0.0005" runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, ensuring exceptional high-RPM capability. The three-piece design includes a left-side flywheel notched for a crank position sensor. Balanced for S&S stock bore and 3-5/8" stroker pistons, this flywheel assembly ensures optimal engine performance.
