The S&S Cycle Replacement Flywheel Assembly is meticulously engineered for high-performance applications. Fully assembled with premium quality S&S heavy-duty 7.659" connecting rods featuring full-width wrist pin ends and dynamic balancing, it ensures smooth and efficient power delivery. Trued to less than 0.0005" runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, this assembly is optimized for higher RPM and full compatibility with gear drive cams. CNC machined from heat-treated, closed-die steel forgings, it boasts 114% greater strength than late-style stock steel flywheels. The robust design features a 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin pressed into the flywheels, with pinion and sprocket shafts forged as part of the flywheel. This flywheel assembly enhances engine durability and performance, providing enthusiasts and professionals with a reliable, high-quality component.
