Tecmate BatteryMate Battery Charger - TS01VDE

Elevate your battery maintenance with the Tecmate BatteryMate 150-9, a comprehensive 12V battery charger designed for the demanding needs of powersports enthusiasts and professional workshops. This advanced unit combines charging, desulphating, and diagnostic load testing to ensure optimal performance and longevity for your lead-acid batteries.

Description

The Tecmate BatteryMate 150-9 battery charger is an indispensable tool for maintaining and reviving 12V lead-acid starter batteries, from 2.5 Amp-hours to 45 Amp-hours. Its unique diagnostic load tester provides six selectable settings, ranging from 15A to an impressive 150A, allowing for precise evaluation of battery health. This feature, coupled with its constant current charging capabilities (1A to 9A across six settings), significantly reduces service time in professional environments and extends the operational life of your batteries. Beyond standard charging, the BatteryMate 150-9 excels as a potent motorcycle battery desulphator, actively working to restore neglected batteries. A standout feature is the special MF program, crucial for the correct "commissioning" charge of motorcycle-type dry-charged maintenance-free batteries. Improper initial charging of AGM type MF batteries is a leading cause of premature failure, a risk expertly mitigated by this program's precise voltage termination based on impedance characteristics. Recommended by most motorcycle OEMs, this versatile unit is compatible with batteries found in motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and garden tractors, making it a robust powersports battery charger solution.
