The Tecmate OptiMate TM72 Cig/DIN Plug Lead provides a convenient solution for connecting your OptiMate or AccuMate charger to your vehicle's power source. This versatile accessory allows you to easily charge your motorcycle or car battery through a standard cigarette lighter socket or a DIN socket commonly found on BMW, Ducati, Honda, and Triumph motorcycles.

Description

This OptiMate Cig/DIN Plug Lead simplifies battery charging by offering a direct connection to your vehicle's 12V power socket. With a detachable red sleeve, the plug adapts to both standard car cigarette lighter sockets and smaller DIN sockets found on various motorcycle models. Designed for use with OptiMate and AccuMate chargers featuring white TM connectors, this lead eliminates the need for a fused permanent lead in situations where it's impractical. Ensure your cigarette lighter or power socket remains live when the ignition is off for optimal charging. The accessory plug is wired for negative earth vehicles but can be easily rewired for positive earth vehicles using the screw terminals. This reliable and weatherproof connection is built with a thick copper 18 SWG cable for durability and performance.
