Terry Components Big Twin Starter Motor - 1.6kW - Black - 774594

Experience superior starting power and reliability with the Terry Components Starter Motor. This high-performance starter is meticulously engineered and assembled in the USA to deliver exceptional durability and consistent performance for your motorcycle.

Description

The Terry Components Starter Motor is designed for demanding applications. Built around a robust Nippondenso platform, each starter undergoes rigorous dyno testing, including hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum RPM, and motor impulse waveform analysis, ensuring peak performance under all conditions. Critical components, such as the solenoid plunger, return damper, and springs, are replaced with stronger, heavy-duty alternatives to withstand high-stress starting cycles. The clutch shaft and rollers are upgraded to precision-ground and hardened parts, further extending the starter's lifespan. Featuring CNC-machined billet mounting noses secured with aerospace fasteners, this starter provides a secure and precise fit. At 1.6kW, this starter motor delivers the cranking power you need. Upgrade to Terry Components for a starter you can depend on.
