The Wossner Standard Series piston kit, featuring a 95.00 mm bore, is meticulously crafted from forged aluminum alloy to withstand the extreme demands of high-performance 4-stroke engines. Its lightweight design, combined with a tight piston wall clearance (94.96 mm piston size), ensures a quieter running engine and optimized power delivery. Advanced lubrication features, including enhanced piston pin oiling slots, radial boss machining, and annular grooves, significantly improve wrist pin lubrication, extending component life and reducing friction. The piston skirt is specially coated to further reduce friction during operation and facilitate an improved break-in period, contributing to overall engine health. With a high 12.5:1 compression ratio, this Wossner motorcycle piston kit is engineered to maximize combustion efficiency. Ring land treatment is applied for superior ring seal and oil control, while a double-bridged forging design (where applicable) provides exceptional structural integrity.
